From the waist, it flares out into a swirly swing skirt, making it impossible not to rock 'n roll and spin around! And the good news is: no one can stop you :)
- Made from a cotton blend with a slight stretch
- Closes with a zipper at the side
- Buttons at the front
- Short sleeves
